We started FIRA out of necessity during COVID closures to keep our hospitality workforce safe, housed, and local.

Today, we’ve expanded our offerings to strengthen our local food community. We continue to assist local hospitality professionals through crisis through our Hospitality Emergency Relief Opportunity Fund (the HERO Fund) - but we also host regular industry focused events, professional development classes, and help connect underemployed and unemployed hospitality professionals with jobs.
